To our existing clients, future clients and all users of NapaSonomaPrimeRealEstate, we make the following commitments regarding your use of this site:
Your personal information will never be disclosed or shared, or used outside the limits of your consent, without your permission.
You will never be called on the telephone unless you call us first asking that we contact you.
You will never be sent any e-mail unless you indicate, upon registration, or in your subsequent communications with us, that you wish to engage in e-mail updates or other correspondence with us. The sole exception to this promise will be an initial e-mail acknowledging your registration on the site.
You will never receive any postal mail from us unless you specifically authorize that.
If you decide you no longer wish to receive any search updates you may have requested from NapaSonomaRealEstate, we will implement that decision in 24 hours or less. If you are not sure how to make such a request call me at 707-963-2181. Your request will be honored as close to "immediately" as humanly possible.
Should you require any additional terms of confidentiality or privacy, suited to your unique circumstances, we will be happy to provide them to you in a separate written agreement.
We consider it an honor to gain your trust and we will be extraordinaly vigilant in maintaining it.
